Rules and regulations:
- PROTOCOLS DUE TO COVID – 19
- ONLINE CLASSES: Due to this Pandemic situation our institute is conducting classes through online (1-1 sessions).
- OFFLINE CLASSES: Government allow small group activities but public training facilities remain closed. Students continue with some training at home, but small groups allowed in the research center with social distancing measures in place.
Criteria for participation in small group training sessions:
1. Temperature will be checked for the teachers and the students by no contact thermometer before entering the classroom.
2. Wearing mask while entering the building and must sanitize their hand before entering the classroom is compulsory.
3. No staffs or students are allowed with cough, headache, running nose, cold, fever, body pain or tiredness.
4. Dancers should maintain a distance of at least 6 feet apart, as there is some research showing that the breath from exercise can carry the virus greater distances.PROTOCOLS FOR THE STUDENTS
1. Steady attendance is compulsory and it a basic discipline expected from the students.
2. It is recommended that students must arrive early in order to have a drink, go to bathroom, get warmed up and be dressed properly. All hair must be pulled back, tightly plated and should be neatly groomed. Uniform is compulsory.
3. Students who enrolled under CRTIAC will be learning all art forms[Yoga & Asanas, Multilingual class, Carnatic music(vocal & instruments) class, Indian folk music(vocal & instruments) class, Konnakol & Nattuvangam class, Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Indian Literature, Pooja vidhanam class] along with bharatham and it is compulsory. Classes will be scheduled accordingly.
4. No snacks or food allowed inside the class.
5. CRTIAC is not responsible for lost or stolen valuable things.
6. Plastics (plastic bag, plastic water bottle and box) strictly prohibited inside the classroom. “CRTIAC IS A PLASTIC FREE ENVIRONMENT”.
7. Use the restrooms before or after class hours.
8. Help to keep the common areas clean and tidy.
9. No running, yelling or rough playing inside the class.
10. Be respectful to other dancers, instructors and staffs of CRTIAC.
11. Inappropriate conversations or negative discussions are not allowed inside the classroom.
12. It is the students responsibility to manage their time so that dance, school work and other outside activities do not conflict.
13. No cellphones are authorized for use during the class hours.
14. Pay attention at all times, especially when waiting for your turn. Always stay for the entire class.
15. Children leaving with an adult other than a guardian/parent must inform the instructor.
16. Water breaks will be given by the instructor and it is allowed only in the outside area of the class.
17. Bring a cotton towel to wipe sweat.
18. Filming videos or taking pictures in class is strictly prohibited.
19. CRTIAC will be conducting re- examination to clear the arrear exams for the students.
Freshers : Students who passes the level one examination will get the completion certificate and will be promoted to the next level. Completion certificate is compulsory for the next level.
Experienced: Students will be taking an Entrance exam. Based on their performance in the exam their level will be finalized
20. Students are not allowed to use the classroom space before or after the class time or in the absence or without the permission of the instructor.
21. If any student want help with something that will take more than a minute or to , do some research on their own and schedule a private lesson with the teacher.
22. Every month parents will receive a mail containing important information regarding upcoming month activities, schedules and short observation report about their child/children.PROTOCOLS FOR PAYING THE FEES
1. Registration fee of Rs 500/- is due at the time of admission and its non-refundable.
2. Monthly fee of Rs 1000/- will be due after the eight classes of every month.
3. Examination fees / arrear fees will be collected 1 month before the examination.Practical – Rs 175/- Theory – Rs 150/-
- 4. Special fees will be collected to participate in the seminars, workshops, events or research work.
5. Late payment will be accepted with the fine of Rs. 100/-
