On 24th September , Friday ,the Salangai Pooja a new beginning of Kumari Anvitha Karthick , granddaughter of Late Dr.S. Jayachandran , popularly known as Makkal Maruthuvar .

The Salangai Pooja was organised and prestigiously presented by CRTIAC ( centre of research and training on Indian arts and culture), at Rasika Ranjani Sabha , Sundareswarar Hall, Mylapore .

CRTIAC help students in reaching their desired form of Indian art to explore and research the art forms history , it’s growth and it’s development , teaching Moral values for life as well.

Kumari Anvitha Karthick was trained and guided by Guru natya Kala Ratna Dr.A.G. Nartana Karthikeyan Founder of CRTIAC , vibrant choreographer, an educational psychologist , and a social activist and had secured notable awards .
This divine event was accompanied by the soulful orchestra Natya Kala Ratna Dr. A.G. Nartana Karthikeyan on Nattuvangam , Sangeetha Kala Ratna Dr. A. Susairaj ( Pondicherry) on Vocal , Shri .G.D. Madhu (Kottayam) on Mirudhangam , Kanchikamakotipeeda Aasthana Vidhwan Shri . Gokula Krishnan on Flute , their presence enriched the whole event as well as the performance .

The event was enhanced by the presence of Mr. Kirubakaran honourable Chief Justice ( RTD ), and Dr. Aravindhan Selvaraj ( Founder and Executive Director of Kauvery Hospital , Chennai , as Chief guest for the evening .

With the blessings of Almighty , the Salangai Pooja was a grand success with a memorable day to be cherished .
